The relationship between Hugh and Diana in Pragmata is incredibly adorable to the point that it has convinced many they want to be girl dads. Seeing Diana discover all these new and exciting things makes the game much more of an enjoyable experience.

How Pragmata's Gameplay Loop Borrows From Another Capcom Property, Monster Hunter

Even if the gameplay is completely diffierent, Pragmata's gameplay loop has a distinct back-and-forth style like Monster Hunter.

Because Diana is so young, and because she is discovering many things for the first time, she has some interesting and adorable lines about her discoveries. Let's go through her dialogue and pull some of her most adorable quotes throughout Pragmata.

After this is done, you will want to play the game for the first time, or go back through it and play it again.

10 "A Kitty Could Pop Out of Nowhere"

That's Why You Bring a Net

Pragmata Diana With Bug Net

Early in the game, Diana finds a holographic cat. She then proceeds to run after it. This isn't the only time you will experience this moment, as Diana will call back to it at times.

One of the best times is when you get her the bug net REM. After this happens, she will say, "You never know when a kitty could just pop out of nowhere. So I should carry a net, so I can catch one next time!"

It is an adorable reminder of the mishap of trying to catch her first cat, and a way of saying she will be safer about catching it next time.

9 Flying with Balloons

You Need a Lot of Them

Pragmata Diana Near Balloons

One of the other REMs you can find in Pragmata has a bunch of balloons. Diana is not against running around the shelter with them, but she makes it clear she wants more of them.

After she gets a chance to play with the balloons, and she falls down, she will say, "If we make lots more and tie them to me, do you think I could fly?"

After Hugh plays along, Diana says, "Really!? Then, I can fly?" It brings a smile to the face, and it definitely reminds us of the crazy ideas we had when we were a kid, making it all the more adorable.

8 Diana's Dresses

She Wants New Clothes

Pragmata Diana With Drawing

After giving Diana gifts, she will return the favor by giving you some gifts in return. These gifts all come in the form of drawings that get hung up around the shelter.

While most of the drawings match events from the game, one stands out. This drawing is of Diana, and she has some extra clothes around her.

When she shows you this, Hugh will immediately ask if she drew a princess, but Diana will reply with, "No! It's me wearing pretty clothes! I wanna wear something like this one day!" It's a cute reminder of her desire to leave the moon and experience new things.

7 "Hugh. Diana."

"Hugh. Diana."

Pragmata Diana Pointing at Hugh

One of the most adorable back-and-forths that Diana and Hugh have is near the beginning of the game. Hugh has just lost his crew, and found Diana. The two of them board the tram together.

Hugh quickly changes Diana's name from D-I-03367 to Diana. To this, she responds by pointing back and forth from Hugh to herself while saying, "Hugh. Diana. Hugh. Diana. Hugh. Diana."

When Hugh closes the mask of his suit, Diana stops, but Hugh quickly points to her, saying, "Diana." This immediately puts a smile on her face, and it makes the entire exchange feel so silly. It is even more adorable because Diana bounces out of the tram proudly shouting her name.

6 Got Hit by a Car

"But I'm Okay"

Pragmata Diana With Remote Controlled Car

There is something insanely cute about Diana playing with the REMs in the shelter. One of the REMs you can find is a remote-controlled car, and Diana wastes no time driving it around.

She uses her hacking skills to make the car drive around in circles and perform jumps. While doing so, she says, "Leave it to me, sir! I'll make sure all the lights are green!"

When the jump happens, she shouts, "AAH! Watch out! Ahh, I got hit, but I'm okay!" We can't help but think of how chaotic kids can be with their toys, and it makes the experience even more adorable.

5 "If I Break"

"Just Fix Me Back Up"

Pragmata Hugh Catching Diana

We have already mentioned the cat incident, but it is so cute that we need to bring it up again. Plus, we need to bring up the counter cutscene to it.

When Diana discovers the cat, she jumps after it, missing the cat in the process, falling, and getting caught by Hugh. Hugh immediately says she is being reckless, but Diana says, "If I break, you can just fix me back up." It's a fun reminder of how invincible kids think they are.

It changes later on, however, as she mentions that it is better to rebuild her from scratch if she gets damaged. Which is it Diana? Should we rebuild you, or just fix you back up?

4 "No Blood"

"Means No Moving"

Pragmata Hugh and Diana Near Mannequins

While exploring the shopping area, Diana is amazed by everything around her. After all, the entire area looks like New York City, so there is a lot to look at.

When you go through the shopping area and discover some mannequins, Hugh will tell Diana they are meant to look like people, but that they miss that "lifeblood." Diana, silly as ever, states, "Right, and no blood means no moving!"

Hugh will correct Diana by telling her that humans have a "warmth" to them. Of course, Diana doesn't understand, and says, "Oh oh oh, over 36 degrees Celsius, right?" It is a fun reminder that she isn't human, or maybe that she just thinks of things more scientifically.

3 Maybe She Wasn't Good Enough

That's Why She Was in Storage

Pragmata Diana Not Good Enough

While hanging out in the shelter, you can chat with Diana. Doing so, will get you some interesting quotes, and you will learn more about her as you make your way through the game.

One of the many conversations Hugh will start is about how Diana was left in storage. After saying she doesn't look like an old model and asking why she was in storage, Diana will respond, "I don't know. Maybe they just didn't need me anymore, or maybe I just wasn't good enough."

This always has us saying "Awwm" because we know Diana is good enough, and there are plenty of instances where she helps out tremendously in the game.

2 Diana is Bored

"Let's Pretend We're Cats!"

Pragmata Diana Cats Quote

Diana has quite the imagination for being a robot. In the shelter, Hugh will sometimes ask Diana if she ever gets bored hanging around the shelter. Diana will respond by asking if Hugh is bored.

Diana will continue by saying, "If so, let's pretend we're cats! I'll be a cute striped one, and you'll be a big white furball!" Unfortunately, Hugh turns down this imaginative request.

This is one of the few times that Diana really lets her imagination run wild, and it is always an adorable sight. It's too bad Hugh doesn't have enough of a fun side to play along with her.

1 "Getting Struck by Lightning"

It's Pretty Shocking

Pragmata Diana and Hugh in Biodome

Diana has been spending so much time with Hugh that she has started to learn some jokes. When you reach the Terra Dome, there are some simulated weather events, with one of them being lightning strikes.

Getting hit by lightning isn't fun, but Diana isn't against making a joke about it, as during your time in the area, you might hear her say, "Getting struck by lightning...? That was pretty shocking, Hugh."

Hugh responds by saying, "Well, you know what they say about lightning. Next time it'll be the bots getting zapped." ...Get it? Cause lightning doesn't strike the same place twice. With that, we will end the list.
