Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? Well, SpongeBob SquarePants, of course, but the Bikini Bottom map is much more than his house; it has many memorable locations as well.

For those who grew up loving this show, and those who watch it to this day, you can find Spongbob's, Squidward's, and Patrick's houses. In addition to those who live on Conch Street, you can find the Krusty Krab, Jellyfish Fields, Goo Lagoon, and even the Chum Bucket.

If you are a fan of older board games, you will love the Board Game Backrooms, as it pays homage to many of the classics. You have a large monopoly board, snakes and ladders, chess sets, Jenga pieces, and much more.

My favorite part of the map are the large Dungeons & Dragons books lying next to the Monopoly board. As a fan of D&D, I find it fun to try and paint myself onto the book's cover.

There's quite a lot packed into this map, so make sure you check every nook and cranny so you don't end up missing anything the next time you play.

Skyrim

Meccha Chameleon Nostalgia Maps Dragonsreach

Perhaps the most iconic location in Skyrim is Whiterun and Dragonsreach. This large keep stands tall, overlooking Whiterun, and it is one of the locations you see early in the game, and return to often.

While it might not sound very nostalgic to name a Skyrim map for Meccha Chameleon, the game originally released in 2011, making it 15 years old, and many adults have fond memories of playing this game when they were either a kid or a teenager.

The map is rather grand, featuring the entire inside of the building. It has many places to hide, and you can even hide in the areas surrounding the building. It is fun, and it will remind you of your first trip to Whiterun all those years ago.

6 The Daily Planet

Your Main Source of News

Meccha Chameleon Nostalgia Maps Daily Planet

The Daily Planet is the major news outlet always shown in the Superman movies, as it is the company that Louis Lane and Clark Kent both work for. This building has been shown countless times, but the iteration created in Meccha Chameleon is a bit newer.

The creator could have pulled from any of the Superman media, but they went with the design featured in the 2025 Superman movie directed by James Gunn. You can even see some shots from the movie on the various televisions in the building.

While it isn't from an older 1990s show, the Daily Planet is still a nostalgic building that many remember from the various Superman media they watched growing up.

Resident Evil 2

Meccha Chameleon Nostalgia Maps RPD

As a fan of the Resident Evil series, I couldn't help but add the Raccoon City Police Department map to the list, as it represents one of my favorite games in the series. Currently, the map only consists of the lobby, but the entire police department might be a bit too big to hide in.

However, the creator did an amazing job recreating the RPD is Meccha Chameleon, and it is the perfect size that finding the chameleons is difficult, but not impossible.

As a chameleon, it is rather easy to track down a hiding spot in this map, and seeing the RPD in its heyday, without the hordes of the undead stalking the halls, is wonderful. I hope the creator starts making more of these iconic locations from the franchise.
