Over the years, One Piece has had a rather large and mixed bag of antagonists grace the pages of the manga and the screen in the anime. While most of these villains have been great, with fearsome foes like Doflamingo, Big Mom, and Kaido, showing how evil some characters can be, not all of these antagonists have been winners.

One Piece: 8 Characters Who Deserve More Screen Time In The Final Saga

The final saga of One Piece is here, but some characters must get more screen time to fulfill their roles before the story reaches the endgame.

There have been numerous antagonists who have gone up against the Straw Hats and have come across as more annoying than anything else. Some are so annoying we can't believe they even made it into the show. Thankfully, these characters probably won't be returning, so you won't need to see them again beyond this list.

10 Vinsmoke Judge

Stuck Up

One Piece Annoying Vinsmoke Judge

Sanji's good-for-nothing father, Vinsmoke Judge, is a stuck-up individual who believes that many are beneath him because of his wealth and power. Once upon a time, he experimented on kids, including his own, trying to create super-powered warriors with no emotion.

Of course, Sanji being born with emotions was so horrible that Judge locked him away, beat him, and treated him worse than the mud beneath his shoes. When the whole family is shown in the Whole Cake arc, they come off as obnoxious, and treat others as mere peasants.

Judge ultimately gets what is coming to him when Big Mom betrays him, leading him to cry like a baby. To make it worse, Sanji rescues Judge only for him to insult Sanji further.

9 Scratchman Apoo

Annoyingly Musical

One Piece Annoying Scratchman Apoo

Scratchman Apoo is that annoying DJ who you wish would just stop the music and get a new job. When he was first introduced, the idea of a sound-based villain seemed pretty intriguing, but instead, it was rather annoying.

Luckily, Apoo only makes a few appearances throughout the story. His most important appearance was during the raid on Onigashima in the Wano arc, where he sided with Kaido, and that is good enough.

I still find his abilities interesting. After all, his body is composed of various instruments. However, his personality is quite annoying, and the constant sounds popping out of his mouth get old very quickly.

8 Satori

An Obnoxious Laugh

One Piece Annoying Satori

Satori only appeared on-screen for a limited time, with his debut being at the beginning of the Skypiea arc. He played the role of one of Enel's four priests, and as such, handled the Ordeal of Balls.

During this ordeal, he produced a number of balls with varying effects when they were touched. The entire fight was a bit of an ordeal, and it was made even more so thanks to Satori's voice.

No matter if it is in the Japanese audio or the English dub, Satori has a voice that will cut through your ears, and his laugh makes it much worse. Thankfully, he was limited to only a few episodes.

7 Foxy

Davy Back

One Piece Annoying Foxy

Foxy appears for a brief time during the Long Ring Long Land story arc, and thankfully, that is the only time he appears. The episodes he is in are ultimately skippable, as nothing overly important happens in them.

Foxy mostly appears, challenges the Straw Hats to a Davy Back Fight, and then cheats his way to stealing some of the members of the Straw Hat crew. Using the Slow Slow Fruit, he holds Luffy off, mocks him, and then ultimately wins a few times.

However, he ends up getting his comeuppance when Luffy defeats him and wins back his crew mates. Still, the whole process was rather annoying to deal with.

6 Trebol

A Snotty Mess

One Piece Annoying Antagonists Trebol

Trebol is as annoying as he is ugly. This dripping mess of a human is one of the main antagonists of the Dressrosa arc, as he is one of the leading members of the Donquixote Pirates.

Not only does he have a strange appearance, which says something for One Piece characters, but he has strange abilities that make him sticky and goopy. Along with this, his personality, which is meant to be more sinister, comes off as annoying, with a voice that is equally unpleasant to the ears.

Even Sugar is right to be annoyed by Trebol, as she more than once tells him to drop dead. If only he had listened to Sugar sooner.

5 Absalom

Invisible Pervert

One Piece Annoying Absalom

Pervy characters typically aren't good, and Absalom is no different. Making his appearance in the Thriller Bark arc, this character ate the Clear Clear Fruit, allowing him to turn invisible at will.

Instead of doing something useful with this power, he decides to perv on women. Specifically, he tries to perv on Nami, attacking her in the back, and then attempting to force her to marry him.

The whole series of events is not something that anyone can enjoy. Thankfully, Sanji steps in to save Nami, protecting her from this annoying creep, and preventing her from needing to go through a rather strange divorce.

4 Perospero

Licky Licky

One Piece Annoying Perospero

Perospero is the eldest son of Big Mom, making it inevitable that he would appear for a while in the Whole Cake arc. From the first time he appeared in the anime, he came off as annoying, with a cocky air about him and a love for turning his victims into candy to lick them.

Whenever he mentions licking someone, it is typically followed by an image of him licking a candy figure of the character, making it a bit unsettling. Along with this, he consistently needs to add the word lick into his speech.

Perspero should have gone away when Pedro's bomb went off, but instead, he overstayed his welcome, and was all the more annoying for it.

3 Orochi

Easily Hated

One Piece Annoying Orochi

Orochi is easily one of the most hated characters in the entirety of One Piece. He lied his way to the top, eventually becoming the leader of Wano, with Kaido backing him up.

What makes Orochi annoying is how cowardly he is. He basically spends all day in his castle, surrounded by booze, enjoying his lavish lifestyle. The second someone comes knocking, he cowers in fear once more like the whelp that he is.

He led Wano to ruin, destroying the country's natural beauty, and did nothing to earn himself any favor. His throne is built on lies, and he thankfully met a deserving end.

2 Spandam

Buster Calls

One Piece Annoying Spandam

Spandam acts as the main antagonist in the Enies Lobby arc, and is the chief of Cipher Pol 9. Annoyingly, he received this position only because he is the son of the previous chief. Like Orochi, he is a coward who uses those around him to fight his battles.

Spandam is responsible for Franky's mentor, Tom, being executed. More heinous than this, he continuously assaulted and berated Robin throughout the Enies Lobby arc.

Of course, this led to the iconic emotional moment where Robin cries out that she wants to live, but Spandam can never be forgiven. He was obnoxious to deal with from the beginning to the end.

1 St. Charlos

The Worst Celestial Dragon

One Piece Annoying Antagonists St. Charlos

It is easy to hate every single one of the Celestial Dragons. They are all pompous aristocratic descendants of the founders of the world government who expect everything to be handed to them on a silver platter, but St. Charlos is by far the worst and most annoying of them.

Every time this character appears on-screen, viewers immediately want him gone. He annoyed everyone when he first appeared in Sabaody, but his annoyance went above and beyond during the Reverie when he tried to kidnap Shirahoshi.

The entire time he stared, perved, and danced while trying to capture the mermaid, and it was a bit too much to bear. If he never shows his face again, the world will be a better place.
