Revive allies faster and refresh co-op powers after reviving. This is my favorite perk because even if I'm having a bad run, I can still take the time to revive my allies. The increased revival speed means that you both get back to fighting faster, and you get a power boost from helping your ally through the co-op power refresh.
Gain a small shield. This is a perk that's great for any player, especially if you're just starting the game. The shield isn't huge, and at Rank V, it gives you a 150-point shield. However, that's enough to be the difference between an early death and surviving.
Critical hits deal extra damage while the co-strike counter is at a set number. This is another huge power boost that rewards being a team player, and the increased damage definitely adds up when you have a run where your team works together.
Receive a rare or epic relic after killing a set number of monsters. The guarantee of a high-quality free relic throughout your run means you know you'll get regular power boosts.
Increased chance to find rare or epic relics. This perk essentially increases your power in each run through better relic drops.
Co-op powers have increased effect or duration. For 33 Immortals, teamwork is the core of the game. It's not surprising that your best perk choices focus on increasing the power of co-op powers, which are already the strongest abilities in the game.

When it comes to perks, the best options are those that benefit your group overall and those that increase the quality and frequency of relic drops. Of course, there are other perks that you might find that are better for you as a player that aren't among the best perks overall, but these perks are the best because they are always useful, even when you don't know what your next run might look like in 33 Immortals.
