63 new GTA 6 screenshots show incredible detail and customization

Rockstar's crime simulator is a stylish game where even minor details like lights and reflections manage to impress

The last time we seriously saw any new visuals for Grand Theft Auto 6 was all the way back on May 6, 2025. With the open-world game's pre-orders opening up on June 25, Rockstar has revealed GTA 6's price and presale bonuses — and dropped a ton of screenshots to promote it. It's our most extensive look at GTA 6 in a long while, and the game looks as impressive as ever.

What can you look like in GTA 6?

The most prominent thing featured in these screenshots are the incredible number of customization options, both for protagonists Jason and Lucia, as well as GTA 6's weapons and cars. As you can see below, players will be able to sport all sorts of haircuts and facial hair. The game can be pushed to have a Vice City '80s vibe with suits and stylish eyeglasses. You can also make Jason and Lucia have a more modern, rugged look with mullets and tattoos. Both characters can wear accessories like hats and watches.

Between the crop tops, fur coats, long cheetah boots, Lucia's style options are particularly killer. Her hair can come in curly locks, ponytails, short bobs, and there's even a shaved look. One screenshot shows Lucia getting her nails done. GTA 6 is for the girlies!

What cars are in GTA 6?

The new screenshots heavily feature a bunch of new vehicles players will be able to drive. These visuals highlight details such as rims, decals, lights, and steering wheels — many of which will presumably be adjustable. The game appears to have a built-in way to show off rides as well. Cars will accrue dirt, grime, and water droplets depending on where they are driven. Speed will also affect smaller details, like steam emanating from burnt tire wheels. There's even a quick look at a motorbike.

If fans get bored with hoofing it, there are other transportation options as well. GTA 6 features boats, yachts, kayaks, and more. Also ... dolphins?

What weapons are in GTA 6?

It's called Grand Theft Auto for a reason, and that reason is crime. Here's a look at the guns players will be able to shoot, and the many ways these weapons can be customized. Beyond scopes and mag sizes, another noteworthy detail is the inclusion of a pocket knife. Expect load outs with classics like handguns, SMGs, assault rifles, pistols, and more.

Even photo backgrounds manage to impress. GTA is shown throughout the day, like at dusk, sunset, and nighttime. Water ripples and reflect details, like palm trees. The city is bathed in neon glowing lights.
