In fact, there's so much to do in and around Itzaland as it continues to grow, that some cozier features (such as the Folklore box games) can easily get overlooked.

One such activity is the Expedition Handbook, which is discreetly nestled inside the game's Photo Mode feature. This side content encourages you to explore all types of locales in each region and find the most photogenic spots to capture memories and earn rewards. Here's how and where to find the Boneyard Expedition Handbook locations in Infinity Nikki.

What is the Expedition Handbook in Infinity Nikki?

The Expedition Handbook is a unique collectible feature in Infinity Nikki that has players capture photos at specific locations around Miraland. You can access and view it by selecting the booklet icon in the top-right corner while in Photo Mode. At the top are tabs for each major region of the game (e.g. — Wishfield, Itzaland), and each region has its own set of photo locations you can complete.

Fulfilling each photo location objective rewards you with 3 x Upgrade Packs, which are exchanged with NPCs such as Leila in Florawish to unlock new options such as poses, while you can also use them to level up the Lighting, Pose, and Filter options via the Camera Modifications menu.

When taking a photo at a qualifying location, make sure to press the 'Upload' button on the top-right side of the Photo Mode menu after you snap your picture and before you close the menu itself. This will upload the photo to your Handbook and mark it as complete.

Expedition Handbook Location 27 - Great Lumieville

This Expedition Handbook location is found in the city of Great Lumieville, specifically on the south side of the open atrium area. Make sure the giant white tree is in the background as you pose.

Expedition Handbook Location 28 - Hall of Return (Great Lumieville)

This Expedition Handbook location is also in Great Lumieville, but you'll need to go into the instanced Hall of Return area on the north side of the first floor. Once inside, approach the dias in the center of the room and pose in front of the rotating pendulum.

Expedition Handbook Location 29 - Soul Washing Pool (Great Lumieville)

This Expedition Handbook location, once again, is in Great Lumieville. Go to the center of the open atrium area on the first level. Go up the spiral stairs to the Soul Washing Pool at the top and pose on the edge of the pool.

Expedition Handbook Location 30 - Healing Ground

This Expedition Handbook location is east of Great Lumieville at the Healing Ground. Run around to the west side of the area, where you'll find a Meditation spot. Pose next to it with your lens facing toward the center of the Healing Ground.

Expedition Handbook Location 31 - The Soul Observatory

This Expedition Handbook location is found down at the Soul Observatory on the southwest side of the region. Pose at the top of the waterfall in front of the observatory building.

Expedition Handbook Location 32 - Dragon's Lair Peak

This Expedition Handbook location is found on the east side of the region, on the cliffs just past the Cultivarium and before the Hollowbreath Passage. Pose in front of the Dragon's Lair peak seen in the far distance to the north with the eclipse overhead. Make sure to get the whole landscape in the photo, and consider getting on top of one of the rock ledges in the area if you're having a hard time getting the prompt to pop in Photo Mode.

Expedition Handbook Location 33 - Memorial Site

This Expedition Handbook location is north of Great Lumieville at the Memorial Site. Run up the main path to the area and pose in front of the Stonehenge-style memorial display.

Handbook Location 34 - Blue Pools

This Expedition Handbook location is found in the Blue Pools area south of Great Lumieville. Follow the main path along the south side of the area until you reach a ledge overlooking the pools along the beach coast.
