You and every racer need a house in Forza Horizon 6 to wind down after the many races you take part in during the Horizon Festival. These personal havens you unlock are meant to work as your starting point when beginning a new day, while also offering helpful perks. Besides, houses are the perfect place to set up a cool garage to display your favorite cars.
To assist you in finding and owning these special places, we've put together a list of all the houses available in Forza Horizon 6, along with all the details you need to know about buying them.
All houses in Forza Horizon 6
By owning a house in Forza Horizon 6, you have access to two important features. Every house has a garage that you can customize to display your cars. At the same time, every house features a perk, which is a passive ability that can add or improve existing features.
A house's perk only becomes active once you've bought it. Although you can set a house you own as your home, setting it as your go-to garage and spawn point, this is not required to activate the perks.
To unlock new houses, you must first progress through the Discovery Japan section of your collection journal and obtain new stamps. As you earn more stamps, more houses will become available for purchase.
Below, you find all the houses available in the game, where you can find them, their perks, and prices:

How to customize your Estate in Forza Horizon 6
Among all the houses available in Forza Horizon 6, the Estate is the only one that lets you customize both the exterior and the garage.
To open the builder mode, go outside the house and park before the ramp. In the top-left corner of the screen, the game will display your Estate value and allow you to access the "Estate options" menu. From this menu, you can edit the estate information and open the estate builder.

There's a limit to how many objects and constructions you can make, but as long as you respect it, you're free to customize the space however you want. You can check and purchase the props using credits in the prop library.
You can also download other players' Estate layouts and apply them to your own estate. Open the "My Estates" menu and select the "Browse Community Estates" option. While you can use any of the available designs, you do need enough credits to buy the required props.
