Embark Studios has done a fantastic job adding new content to ARC Raiders and keeping the game fresh. One of its latest updates included a brand-new event called the "Shared Watch," which encourages players to work together, instead of engaging in PvP.

This event pretty much came out of nowhere, so it's understandable to be a little confused about what it exactly entails. However, it's definitely encouraged to engage with it as completing certain tasks can earn you valuable rewards and loot for your future expeditions.

Here's how to unlock every trophy/achievement in ARC Raiders and crown yourself the best raider in Speranza.

If you are curious about this event and want to complete it before it ends, this guide has you covered. Here's everything you need to know about the Shared Watch event in ARC Raiders.

ARC Raiders Shared Watch event

The main purpose of the Shared Watch event in ARC Raiders is to encourage players to team up and focus on taking down the ARC enemies together. While PvP is still active during this event, players can only earn the event rewards by refraining from killing other Raiders and choosing the pacifist route instead.

It's important to note that the Shared Watch event in ARC Raiders is not permanent and only lasts from February 10th 2026 to February 24th 2026. Once the time has passed, you won't be able to earn any more rewards that are included in the Shared Watch event.

To earn rewards during the Shared Watch event, players will earn XP by completing certain actions during an expedition. The XP earned during the Shared Watch event will transfer into Merits, which are then used to unlock various rewards in the event's progression track.

This guide explains how matchmaking works in ARC Raiders

Players can earn XP during the Shared Watch event by completing any of the following actions below:

  • Damaging ARC enemies
  • Destroying ARC enemies
  • Assisting other players in taking down the ARC enemies

Depending on which ARC enemy you damage or destroy will determine the amount of XP you receive. For example, the harder ARC, such as the Bastion, Bombardier, or Leeper, will earn you more XP than the easier ARC enemies such as Pops or Ticks. Destroying a Queen or Matriarch will earn you a significant amount of experience points.

100 XP will earn you 1 Merit in the ARC Raiders Shared Watch event. The best way to earn as much XP as possible during a single expedition is to simply focus on killing as many ARCs as possible and don't engage in any PvP whatsoever.
