Deltarune Chapter 5 Global Release/Unlock Times

The launch of Deltarune Chapter 5 is almost here, with a simultaneous global unlock on June 24, meaning gamers all over the planet will be returning to Hometown at the same time, though at different points in their day.

It's hard to believe that Deltarune launched in 2018, with a small gameplay sample that people could download for free. The trailers and promotional images for Deltarune Chapter 5 seem to confirm that it will involve the long-awaited Hometown Festival, as well as a trip to a Dark World created in Asgore's Flower Shop, one that will likely have a ton of references to Undertale, especially Flowey and the human souls.

Toby Fox has given positive updates regarding Deltarune Chapter 6, making fans excited at the prospect of a 2027 launch. This means that any cliffhangers or huge revelations won't leave fans hanging for long, as the Deltarune team is already hard at work at finishing the story, assuming that it concludes with Chapter 7.

Deltarune Chapter 5 is easily one of the most exciting games of 2026, especially considering fans have waited so long to get answers about the series' mysteries. The fact that the story is seemingly split in two, thanks to the Weird Route in Chapter 2 allowing the player to perform some truly horrific deeds, just makes it all the more compelling.
