It’s flashy but easy to follow, and it feels good on a controller. 19 heroes, all unlocked by playing, no gacha. Text readability is great, full controller support, every control remappable, cloud saves working at DragonSword : Awakening. The gear crafting, guild system, and hunts are reminiscent of Monster Hunter, the exploration and questing evoke MMOs like FF14, the puzzles feel like Crimson Desert on super easy mode, the team combat has a bit of Granblue or Dragon’s Dogma 2 at super speed, and the truly open, colorful world and towers bring Zelda to mind. It’s grindy, but in a good way, because progression feels rewarded by gameplay—every currency needed is earned by playing.
