How to Defeat Esselings in Infinity Nikki

Defeating Esselings in Itzaland functions much the same as it does in the neighboring region of Wishfield. You'll often find the smaller variants in groups, often guarding valuable treasures like chests full of Diamonds or Whimstars. Meanwhile, certain other Esselings, such as the Wolfhead mini-bosses, are usually solitary and require more purifying firepower to bring down.

Most Esselings will reward you with various crafting materials, Blings, Threads of Purity, and Combat Insight Points for your efforts. Furthermore, most Esselings will respawn in the same locations daily. If you're attempting to grind certain materials for some fashion, don't forget that you can also make use of the in-game store (Resonance tab) and/or the Dig, Pear-Pal feature that "digs" up chosen materials for you daily in exchange for Blings.

All Itzaland Esselings in Infinity Nikki (Locations)

Itzaland has a colorful roster of Esselings that includes normal variants of ones that you may recognize from Wishfield, along with unique mini-boss types called Wolfheads (seen above).
