During your travels across Miraland in Infinity Nikki, you'll encounter a variety of charming and even mystical characters that can provide you with some very valuable, long-term rewards. Those rewards can range from Diamonds to crafting materials to even full outfits that you can add to your wardrobe.

If you've spent a fair amount of time in Miraland at this point, then you're likely familiar with Ian the Cadenceborn. As Itzaland's saga continues, he has plenty of goodies for you to earn, including the Whispered Dreams outfit. If you're looking to collect this whimsical look, here's how to unlock the Whispered Dreams outfit with Ian in Infinity Nikki and everything you'll need to craft it.
Where to Find Ian the Cadenceborn in Infinity Nikki
Ian the Cadenceborn has since become a charming fixture in Infinity Nikki's world of Miraland, and while he can still be found in Wishfield, he's also set up shop in the Itzaland region.
He's located just north of the Giant Spear Station at Titans' Outpost Ruins (seen above), sitting near the entrance. You'll find him there day or night, and his exchange currency, just as before, is Dews of Inspiration.
How to Unlock the Whispered Dreams Outfit in Infinity Nikki
The Whispered Dreams outfit is one of the many unique ensembles offered by Ian the Cadenceborn, and the second one you can get from him in Itzaland (after the Battle Companion ability outfit).
To unlock it, just as with his other offerings in the past, you need to trade him varying amounts of Dews of Inspiration, and those in turn unlock tiers of rewards. Those rewards can differ slightly at each tier, with Diamonds, Resonite Crystals, Blings, Threads of Purity, Shiny Bubbles, XP, and then pieces of full outfits for Nikki.
In the case of the Whispered Dreams outfit, you'll unlock a sketch piece of it in each consecutive tier, starting at Level 17 on the Itzaland list of rewards (seen above). Furthermore, the tiers beyond the ones including these outfit pieces will also get you three new cloaks for Momo, so don't think that the best rewards stop once you unlock this outfit.
Once you've unlocked all 8 outfit sketch pieces, you'll then need to gather all the required materials to craft them to be able to wear the full look.
How to Craft Whispered Dreams Outfit in Infinity Nikki
As mentioned above, you'll need to craft the Whispered Dreams outfit before you can officially add it to your wardrobe. To do that, you'll need to find and collect all of the required materials, which you can see listed in the Sketches menu (seen above).
To get the full picture of what you need, choose 'Select All' at the top-right corner, which will list the full amounts of each needed material for the entire outfit rather than just one piece.
Note that the Whispered Dreams outfit also has an evolution variant, which you'll need to craft again with the exact same materials to unlock it. Meanwhile, the Glow Up evolution can be unlocked simply by upgrading the original outfit via the Glow Up menu with Shiny Bubbles, Threads of Purity, and Sweet-themed Swirly Bubbles.
