Performing an Under the Sea skill in Forza Horizon 6 is a requirement in certain challenges, but it's locked to a single, specific location that you might not have ever visited. It's in a little sea farm tucked away at the edge of the map, and you've probably driven by it without realizing it was even there. Once you do get there, though, earning the skill takes very little time and requires no fancy driving maneuvers like some skills do.

There's only one place where you can pull off an Under the Sea skill: the Seabed Road. It's in southern Ito, just west of the bridge that leads you to Legend Island, though you can access it at any point after you complete the game's initial tutorials. The game marks it with a small T-shaped set of dotted lines sticking out into the ocean.

There's a small seaweed farm here, and you get the skill by smashing the poles holding the seaweed nets. Make sure to check if the challenge requires you to earn the skills in a specific car, though, or your farm destruction won't count.

If you're trying to complete the "Manta Ray" challenge, you'll need to earn four Under the Sea skills while driving a 1984 Open Manta 400. You can purchase one from the Autoshow for 152,000 credits or get it for free by clearing the third tier of Dirt Trials in your journal.
