Of course, it's a Mario sports game, so there's going to be some curveballs thrown into the equation. Mario Tennis Fever is no different, and one big way it accomplishes this is through its courts.

Every Nintendo Game Announced For 2026

Fresh off a hot start in 2025 for the Nintendo Switch 2, here is every Nintendo game currently announced for 2026.

You'll have your standard tennis courts, such as the typical grass court, hard court, and clay court. Then you'll have the wacky, over-the-top affairs, such as a court on a pinball machine, a tennis racket factory, and more.

Now, these fun and crazy courts are, sadly, not available from the start of the game. You'll need to unlock them by playing throughout the game. Thankfully, our guide is here to help.

Unlocking Every Court in Mario Tennis Fever

In total, there are 14 courts to choose from in Mario Tennis Fever. These range from your standard tennis court to the wild and crazy Mario sports offerings that throw a wrench at players.

There are three Academy Courts that are unlocked through the game's Adventure mode. You do not need to complete all of Adventure mode; just finish all of your training before you're admitted to the actual Academy.

Forest Court	Complete the Forest Court Match in Special Match under the Mix it Up menu

That's pretty much it! It won't take you too long to unlock all of these, especially since, again, you do not need to complete the game's Adventure mode to unlock those three courts.
