The Pentagram is an elusive weapon in Vampire Crawlers, one that forces the player to grind hard if they ever wish to unlock it. With a bit of time and perseverance, even the most novice of Belmont wannabes can find and unleash the power of the unholy symbol.

In Vampire Survivors, the Pentagram is a weapon that creates a magic symbol, destroying enemies on the battlefield. It's powerful, but has a slow timer between uses.

Vampire Survivors First-Person Spin-Off Release Date Revealed (And It's Coming Soon)

Poncle has announced the release date for Vampire Crawlers, the first-person Vampire Survivors spin-off, and it's launching on PC and consoles soon.

It's a 5-Cost red weapon card that erases an entire row of enemies. Buffing it as part of a combo will increase the number of rows it will destroy.

Players will want to find the Pentagram because it's required to unlock Christine Davain, one of the playable heroes of Vampire Crawlers. Unfortunately, the game doesn't tell you how to unlock this weapon, so it's up to those who have found everything to reveal the secrets of the Pentagram.

The Pentagram appears as an option when the player reaches level 40. However, most regular runs of Vampire Crawlers don't get that far. It's likely that most players will hit around level 35 during the final dungeons.

There is a way to boost the experience points provided by an enemy, meaning that the player can hit level 40 as early as the Gallo Tower dungeon. However, this requires maxing out the Curse stat in the Power-Up house in the Village. Curse increases the experience points dropped by enemies, while making them stronger and harder to kill.

The Growth stat can also be boosted in the Power-Up house, further increasing how many experience points the player acquires, without increasing the difficulty.

As such, the player should save unlocking the Pentagram until later in the game, when they can bring three Crawlers into a dungeon, have acquired most (or all) of the Relics, and boosted stats via Power-Ups as much as possible. It's advised to take Krochi as a backup Crawler, as his extra Revival skill is extremely useful for surviving in tricky dungeons.

The Gallo Tower is the ideal location to grind to level 40, as it's a large dungeon with lots of enemy encounters to face, while lacking the dangerous boss monsters of the last two dungeons. If you kill every enemy, then you should hit level 40 and unlock the Pentagram before the end.
