 The Forgotten Relic PC (RUNE-Final)

Guide a tiny but determined hero on a heartfelt journey of challenge, courage, and connection. Journey through the pages of a living fable. Moss: The Forgotten Relic is an emotional and atmospheric adventure set in the pages of a living storybook, brimming with myth and ancient magic. Guide a tiny but determined hero on a heartfelt journey of challenge, courage, and connection. Traverse a fallen kingdom, solve environmental puzzles woven into the landscape, and embark on a timeless adventure… Moss: The Forgotten Relic unites the beloved and critically-acclaimed Moss and Moss: Book II into a definitive singular adventure, beautifully enhanced and reimagined for its debut on PC.

Venture through a mythic land marked by the ruins of a ancient realm slowly being reclaimed by an enduring and untamed nature at Moss: The Forgotten Relic. Form a powerful bond with Quill, a small and courageous mouse who looks to you for guidance, protection, and trust at every step of her journey. Uncover hidden secrets, navigate puzzling places, and confront arcane forces in an intimate and epic fable inspired by classic fantasy adventures. Moss: The Forgotten Relic brings Moss and Moss: Book II together as one complete, enhanced experience debuting on PC first time. New features include: Enhanced Visuals and Performance.

New Handcrafted Cutscenes and Smart Follow Camera. All Twilight Garden DLC included. New Accessibility Option “Skip Combat”. Story-wise, you follow Quill, a little (might I add, very adorable) mouse who just so happens to stumble upon a piece of Glass. You follow Quill through all the pleasures and trouble that this piece of Glass has in store for the little, brave, fluffy girl. But don’t be mistaken—you are more than the player in this story. You are a Reader. While Quill hops around, pushes levers, and finds her way through this story, you are right there with her, and she is aware of your presence. If she is injured, your magic can heal her.

If she’s scared, she looks up to see if you’re still with her. If she’s happy, you can go for a high five to celebrate. If she’s sad, you can hug her. She counts on you just as much as you count on her to see this odyssey through to the end. Gameplay-wise, it’s kept rather simple, which isn’t a bad thing. There are plenty of puzzles, from raising and descending platforms, rotatable stairs, and switches to mechanics that unlock throughout the course of Moss: The Forgotten. When you’re not solving puzzles, you’re platforming, with all the jumps, dashes, climbing, and falling that make the genre enjoyable. Even players who aren’t usually drawn to games like this shouldn’t find anything too difficult or frustrating.
