Completed all the Quests in ARC Raiders? Think again, extraction enthusiasts, because the new Flashpoint update has you covered. Get ready for more action as you trek across the barren wastelands, fending off the maniacal machines and even peskier players.

The Outstanding Balance quest takes place on the Blue Gate map, as you’re given a mission to track down a cheeky little Raider, who has reneged on his deal with Tian Wen (Never a good idea).

Let’s take a look at how to get this mission done, and nab that cheating Dodger!

Prerequisites

This quest takes place in a pretty hectic part of Blue Gate. The Traffic Tunnel is full of ground-based ARC units, along with a Bastion or Bombardier if you’re particularly unlucky. And now with this new update, Shredders can be found here too!

Be sure to either bring some particularly strong weapons to clear out the mobs, and, if possible, a Photoelectric Cloak so you can sneak by unseen.

In addition, this is a quest with a deliverable quest item, which means the whole thing needs to be done in one go. If you die with Dodger’s Note, you’ll need to complete this process all over again.

Outstanding Balance Quest Walkthrough

Traffic Tunnel

Firstly, load into the Blue Gate map, and head towards the Tunnels. You can get there either by moving through the Checkpoint area or down one of the numerous ladders that lead underground in the north of the map.

You need to head all the way to the end of the area, at the right corner of the northwestern tunnel. Here you’ll find the Dodger’s Stash. Interact with it, and a fuse will blow. If only it were that easy, right?

If you are lucky and quick, you might find a nearby weapons cache. Watch out for fellow Raiders thinking the same thing!

Pilgrim’s Peak

Next, you’ll have to leave the tunnel and head back out to the surface. Start heading northeast towards the massive antenna atop Pilgrim’s Peak.

Go to the base of the antenna, and you’ll notice a small doorway leading to a vertical zipline. Ride the zipline upwards, and jump off just before it reaches the top. There’s a little secret room below the top platform. It might take you a couple of tries if you haven’t been here before.

Now you need to search for the Dodger’s Bag. Run around the room, and you’ll spot it tucked between two orange pieces of electrical machinery. Interact with the bag, then pick up the Note that was dropped.

Now, bring this note to the nearest extraction point and deliver it to Tian Wen.

Rewards

For completing this quest, you will receive the following:

1x Gothic Graffiti (Aviator Colour)
1x Extended Medium Mag III
1x Silencer II

You can find your new cosmetic option in the Customisation section of the Raider tab.

In addition, once you’ve completed this quest, you will unlock another mission from Tian Wen. This mission is called Settled in Full and requires you to take down a Bastion and deliver its Cell to pay off the Dodger’s debt.
