Palworld: How to Craft Corrosive Solvent

The release of Palworld 1.0 saw a huge influx of brand-new crafting items, mixing up the recipes of the older game, and adding extra reason to get back out there and collect more ingredients.

Some of the most common and important of these new crafting materials are canisters made from various Pal parts. The Corrosive Solvent, in particular, is used in many crafting recipes, so having a good stock of it on hand at all times is pretty vital!

Let’s take a look at how to get our hands on the ingredients, as well as some of the powerful items this Solvent can make!

Unlocking the Corrosive Solvent

Before you can craft the Corrosive Solvent, you’ll first need to reach character level 37 and unlock it via the technology tree.

At this point, you’ll need to gather the following items to proceed:

Venom Gland
Sulfur

In terms of the venom gland, the main way to harvest many of these is by capturing or defeating poison-related Pals. For example, Daedream drops these glands and can be found at nighttime in the starting area! Another higher-level farming strategy is by hunting down Menasting in the Desert region, as they are rather plentiful.

If you're rolling in money, however, you can head over to the Small Settlement west of the starting area and buy them from the Merchant in Red. He sells them for 300 a piece, alongside Electric and Flame Organs.

Now, if you're looking for Sulfur, you'll want to look in a more volcanic region. For example, if you travel to the Eternal Pyre Tower, far to the west, you'll find numerous sulfurous rocks waiting to be crushed.

If you're looking to gather this in larger quantities, however, you can also think about creating your own Sulfur Quarry at Level 46. This can be unlocked with Ancient Technology points via the tree and placed in your base for your Pals to mine.

Crafting the Solvent

Because this is a relatively high-level item, you’ll need a new type of crafting station to produce it.

This station is called the Production Assembly Line, which requires Ingots, Nails, Wooden Boards, and Cement. This station, unlike the previous one you might be used to, is more involved.

To make this Assembly Line functional, you first need to craft a power generator, then use an Electric Pal to charge it. Once this generator is powered, within your base, the Assembly Line will come online.

Now you can use your ingredients to craft as many Corrosive Solvents as you wish! Make sure to assign a couple of pals to the production line to speed things up!

Corrosive Solvent Uses

So, you’ve got a nice stack of solvents. Just what can we use these for? Well, these are particularly useful for crafting even more types of crafting stations. For example, you have the 2nd version of the Production Assembly Line, the Weapon Assembly Line 2, and the Pal Surgery Table.
