More multiplayer mayhem

Aggro Crab, the developer behind Peak, one of 2025's most successful 'friendslop' games and holder of the 14th spot in our best games of the year list, has revealed their next game will be coming "this year."
Crashout Crew is its name, and it looks like pure chaos. Think Overcooked, but rather than being in a fast-paced kitchen environment with your pals, you're instead driving turbocharged forklifts around enormous warehouses. Probably not too dissimilar to how [insert delivery company here] runs their warehouses, given the state some of my packages turn up in.
"At De Nile Shipping, things move fast," reads the Steam description. "And if they don’t, you’re the problem. Make a crew of up to 4 overworked friends and drive into a frantic co-op forklift experience where teamwork is key, and disaster is inevitable."
It isn't just the gameplay that feels inspired by Overcooked, because you also must fulfill orders — known as contracts — in a similar manner, and it looks incredibly stressful. In an Instagram reel sharing some of their plans for 2026, Aggro Crab confirmed Crashout Crew will be landing this year, and they also confirmed Peak will be getting one more biome, which will alternate with Caldera.
The video goes on to explain that they have more in the works they can't reveal yet, but it's thanks to the success of Peak that they're able to "shoot the shit with games we're making, so we're not in a rush to release Crashout Crew until we're ready. That's why it doesn't have a specific date yet."
Crashout Crew did have a playable demo during Steam Next Fest last year, so there's a chance it may be playable again before launch later this year.
