Sony has revealed the lineup of new games joining its PlayStation Plus Game Catalog, and it's another strong lineup after December's closed out 2025 in style. The latest Resident Evil, a beloved Yakuza RPG, and more are set to join the catalog for Premium and Extra subscribers on Jan. 20, according to a PlayStation Blog post on Wednesday.

2021's Resident Evil Village introduced the extremely tall Lady Dimitrescu, and the world responded with a flood of smut about Lady D. The survival-horror sequel was a hit with critics and fans, and snagged a Game of the Year nomination at the 2021 The Game Awards. Our review praised the way it balanced action and horror, saying Resident Evil Village's "biggest triumph is in not-so-quietly arguing that horror and action aren’t that different after all. They’re both just ways to get your blood pumping."

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth takes the Yakuza series away from Japan and to Hawaii while retaining the blend of silly humor and high-stakes action that make the series so enjoyable. You'll play as both Like a Dragon's Ichiban Kasuga and longtime series lead Kazuma Kiryu as they search for Kasuga's mother and get up to hijinks, like battling a giant shark and photographing guys in speedos. It's one of the best games on PS5, with our review noting "None of the previous Yakuza games are as grand as Infinite Wealth."
