Pokemon Day 2026 is here, and the franchise is kicking off its 30th anniversary celebrations with a brand-new Pokemon Presents livestream. As usual, Nintendo and The Pokemon Company are keeping fans guessing with what this showcase will reveal, but if you're interested, you can watch it on YouTube when it starts at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET, or you can scroll down below for the latest updates as they happen. We'll be keeping an eye on things during the presentation, so for fresh updates, hit the F5 key to read up on the reveals from today's broadcast.
We already know that the first remakes of Pokemon Red and Blue--FireRed and LeafGreen--have launched today for Switch consoles, but beyond that, we're guessing that we'll see the usual updates for all things Pokemon. The franchise has expanded over the decades with popular trading card games, TV series, Lego sets, and movies, and well as several spin-off games like Pokemon Go, Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket, Pokemon Unite, and Pokemon Masters EX.
Will today also be the day that we get our first look at Pokemon Gen 10? The stars certainly look like they're aligning for a reveal, and the reveal of a new mainline game would be a great way to end the show on a high note.
Nintendo is making a Game Boy-inspired music player

Now available through the Pokemon Center, this mini music player looks just like the original Game Boy and will play 45 tracks from the Pokemon Red and Blue games.
Pokemon Masters EX is getting a familiar face from the past

Red, the original Pokemon trainer from Pokemon Red and Blue, joins the mobile game soon.
