Riftbound Trading Card Game Available In French Mid-2026

Riftbound Francais

In today's press release, Riot and UVS stated they'll be introducing the French version of Riftbound in phases, releasing translated sets one-at-a-time, starting with Riftbound: Origins, which will be available in mid-2026.

Other sets will be released "until global parity is reached across all languages." Additional details about the French launch and product availability will be revealed early next year.

Dave Guskin, Game Director at Riot Games, says, “We’re excited to be able to offer Riftbound in French as we’ve seen such a positive response from French-speaking players who are excited to dive into the game intheir native language. We’ll continue to explore ways to expand the global access of Riftbound to players through additional regional expansions and localizations next year.”

True to the ways of League of Legends, Riftbound's competitive scene is quickly heating up, as TCG players around the world are collecting their favorite champions, building complex decks, and competing in 1v1, 2v2, and four-person free-for-all battles.

Riftbound recently held its first regional qualifying tournament in Houston, Texas, where more than 1,300 players signed up to compete for a chance to win the Riftbound World Championship.
