Rocky Idle PC (Build 23912802)

Rocky Idle is a single-player idle/incremental game. Level up your skills, gather resources, and complete your collection log. Rocky Idle is the first game I’ve developed, and it’s been under development for 2,5 years, hope you enjoy it! It’s a single-player idle/incremental game. You level up 18 different skills simply by clicking a tree or a rock. You collect items that can be used to advance your character or level up other skills. You also have an active boost that can be activated once every 10 minutes; the boost becomes stronger and stronger as you progress. Skilling: There are skills like Mining, Woodcutting, Crafting, and more. Each skill serves its own purpose, use the rocks mined to smith stronger gear, and increase your max hit.

Plant and harvest crops to craft potions. The more you harvest, the more efficient your crops become, growing faster and yielding higher rewards over time. Contracts: Contracts are rare drops from skilling and combat. Complete specific tasks to receive keys. Offline progress. Keep progressing even while you’re offline. When you return, get a detailed summary of all the resources gathered and experience gained. Rocky Idle is a relatively competent Melvor-like, though it is missing much of the depth of its parent title. Combat is basic, with only accuracy, evasion, and damage to manage. There are no special moves, no set bonuses, and most weapons share the same attack speed.

There are some sidegrades that attack 0.3 seconds (about 15%) faster, but that’s about it. As a result, the upgrades are not particularly exciting, mostly offering greater hit chance or evasion, along with more damage. Enemies swap between attack types at random, with weighted preferences for certain styles, so higher-level enemies will likely have at least one attack that is difficult to evade. However, the damage is usually lower when matching the correct defensive style. Skills are oddly paced, with some requiring higher maximum skill levels than others for item unlocks. Most content caps out at around level 115–120, though skill levels can apparently increase infinitely beyond that with no meaningful benefit outside of combat skills.

The quest and mastery system is a highlight, unlocking new content through quests while providing increased skill speed and additional enemy kills per kill (up to three kills per actual kill at maximum mastery, which also counts toward quest progress). It is a good way to make progression feel faster after gaining experience with a particular activity. Rocky Idle is lacking some late-game quality-of-life features. While slayer tasks can be extended for greater rewards, they cannot be fully automated, despite the large amount of slaying required to unlock everything. Farming also cannot be automated, which is somewhat frustrating when growing faster crops, though it is less of an issue for more active players.
