Extraction shooters all have one thing in common: you'll have to extract if you want any of that hard-earned loot you collected. This can happen differently depending on the game, but the most common one is going to a specific place.
Sand: Raiders of Sophie is no exception to this interesting gaming trope, and to escape with your loot, you'll need to know how to get out. It isn't complicated, but with the game having two different modes, you may get a little confused.
This guide will explain how to extract from both modes in this great extraction shooter. Once you know how, the really hard part starts, because actually extracting can prove a bit more difficult than you thought, especially in this FPS.
10 FPS Games Where the World Feels Bigger the More You Learn About It
These 10 FPS games felt larger and larger the more people learned about its world, lore, and inhabitants.
Even though the game has two different modes, the way you extract will be the same regardless of the mode. This should make it a bit easier to figure out, although we'll have a breakdown for each mode just for clarity.
Extracting is fairly straightforward in this game; you'll need to find one of the extraction zones and activate a device to begin extraction. The extraction will occur after about a minute, and you'll have limited time to take your extraction once it does arrive.
To find the extraction points, you can check your map for white markings that will have an exit symbol on them. As you approach these, you should see a large tower and some white smoke coming from them.
10 FPS Games You Should Definitely Avoid
Some of the worst first-person shooters of all time.
Once you reach an extraction point, you'll want to be very careful as you'll need to leave your Trampler to climb up the tower. When you reach the top, you'll see a radio you can interact with to start the extraction.
If you want something specific, and it isn't your Trampler, you can carry a single box up the extraction rope for yourself.
This will cause a massive green plume of smoke to start shooting out of your Trampler, and you'll need to defend it until the ship arrives to retrieve it. It'll get pulled up into the ship, and you'll want to make sure you're not on it when that happens.
A rope will drop from the front of the ship, and you'll connect to it and immediately be extracted. There are some things to keep in mind, like that locked boxes won't be opened or count towards your loot total.
Once you're out, you'll see a total amount of Silver you've earned and all the loot you acquired. With some help, you can find some great ways to earn Silver quickly once you get the hang of extracting.
12 Best FPS Games of the 2020s (So Far)
These FPS games of the 2020s are the most critically acclaimed and have the best multiplayer and single-player modes.
The two modes operate very similarly in terms of how extraction works, but there are some caveats to this depending on the mode. Voyage is the far more casual of the two, and you'll find it far easier to extract here than anywhere else.
For Voyage, you'll need to just navigate to one of the random extraction points on your map, no matter how far away it is. Once you reach it, you'll do the same thing as above before being extracted.
Storm Dive is a bit different because the spawns don't happen right away. To extract in this mode, you'll need to survive at least two rounds of the storm closing in before you can head to an extraction.
If everything is overtaken by the storm, more should spawn once a new round starts, but there may be issues with that given the game's early access and significant player base. It's always smart to be on the move in this mode and be on the lookout for enemies.
Now you should be all set to hit the sands running, or Trampling, as you take everything that isn't nailed down. Keep your head on a swivel, or your Trampler might be the next smoking pile of scrap on the sands.
