The big Criterion Collection Blu-ray sale ends December 7, and if you haven't checked out the deals yet, then you're missing out on hundreds of excellent movies that have gotten a 50% discount. The 4K Blu-ray release of The Princess Bride is a 4K digital restoration of the film with Dolby Vision support. It also includes a 5.1 surround DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack, and for special features, it offers a legacy audio commentary track with director Rob Reiner and several more members of the cast and crew. Newer content includes a closer look at the film's screenplay and an interview with art director Richard Holland, while archival content from the older DVD and Blu-ray releases has been bundled in. Like most Criterion Collection releases, you'll get the film on a 4K Blu-ray and all the bonus materials on a standard Blu-ray disc.
