Sand, everywhere
Graphic: Polygon | Source images: Retro Studios/NintendoMetroid Prime 4: Beyond's Sol Valley is the open-world of Viewros, a vast desert pockmarked with more secrets to dig up than you might initially realize. In addition to nearly a dozen missile expansions scattered around the desert, you'll find enemies to fill up your data log, charge shots for each of the elemental shot types, and more.
Our Metroid Prime 4 Sol Valley map lists where to find everything the desert has to offer, including sunken save stations, boost tanks to help Vi-O-La go faster for longer, and the many (many) green crystal locations, along with where to find the entrances for every other region — Fury Green, Volt Forge, Flare Pool, the Ice Belt, and the Great Mines. Just… don't try exploring it on foot. Except in a few locations, you can reach everywhere of interest on the Vi-O-La bike, and it's much faster that way.
