Almost immediately after starting the Terran Armada expansion in Starfield, you'll embark on a quest called "Lost Luxury." This quest automatically starts after you first hear the SSNN broadcast about the Terra Armada in Akila City. From there, you have to join the search party for the new faction and meet up with a ship called the "Olokun." After you meet with that ship and get the directive to search a nearby asteroid field in the Nirvana system, Lost Luxury begins.
Below, you can see a step-by-step walkthrough of the Lost Luxury quest in Starfield and how to complete it.
Search the asteroid field and board the Opulence of the Stars

After meeting with the Olokun ship, you'll want to open your map and travel to the Nirvana IV planet. While you can use Cruise Control to manually fly there, it's around 95 LS away from your current position, which isn't exactly close.
Once you've arrived at Nirvana IV, fly past it to find the asteroid field that your blue HUD marker is positioned at. Here, you'll see five blue markers around some red dust that's surrounding asteroids. You need to manually check each of the markers until you find the Opulence of the Stars ship. You'll receive a quest update that tells you the ship has been located.
With the ship in sight, get within 500 meters of it, press E on keyboard or A/X on controller to identify the ship. Then, press R on keyboard or X/Square on controller to dock with the ship, allowing you to board.
Power up the Opulence of the Stars

On board the Opulence of the Stars, you can look around the initial area for some supplies, but eventually head towards your blue marker on the HUD. This leads you to a terminal, which you can access to open doors on your left and right. Inside these doors, as seen in the screenshot above, you want to look on the ground to find and pick up four Emergency Power Cells. These are found underneath some of the computer desks in the room and are essential for the next part of the quest.
With all four Power Cells in your inventory, follow your quest marker and insert one of the Power Cells into a Power Receptacle on the wall. This powers up part of the ship, allowing you to walk down a hallway to your next quest marker. At the end of that marker is a switch, which you can activate to open a door on your left. Walk through the door and insert another Power Cell into the receptacle.
This locks the door behind you, but luckily, there's a vent you can open right beside the door. Go through the vent, and you'll drop down back in front of the switch you just activated. Now, you can activate the right-hand switch to open the door on your right. Enter through that door and insert another Power Cell. You'll now be able to head upstairs on the ship through an unlocked doorway.
Search for survivors and defeat Terran Armada robots

After heading upstairs, you'll witness a brief cutscene of a Terran Armada robot gunning down innocent survivors. Go to the left of that window, and you'll enter tight winding hallways full of enemy robots to fight. Your best bet here is to fight one enemy at a time, and then look at your mini-map for other red dots.
Eventually, you'll make your way down some stairs and into the central hub of the area. Here, you can go down even more hallways that lead to guest suites and other rooms. What you're looking for is an elevator, which allows you to progress the quest after the enemies are dealt with. The elevator is on the bottom floor, right near the central hub.
Obtaining a VIP Card

Your next step is to obtain a VIP Card, which can only be done after you find two Housekeeping Room Keys. Fortunately, now you have new quest markers, so follow those to find a computer that you can access. The computer tells you that the VIP Card is inside Suite 04, but you need the Housekeeping Room Keys to get inside.
Now, follow your other quest markers to find the two Housekeeping Room Keys, one of which is located near some maid carts in a hallway, and the other is on top of a portable brown bar cart. With the two keys, follow your quest marker to Suite 04, which you can now open. Inside, loot the VIP Card on top of the table and then head back to the elevator to visit the lounge part of the ship.
Defeat more Terran Armada enemies and loot the Vault Key

Once you get off the elevator, you'll face a large lounge with several Terra Armada enemies surrounding the area. Defeat all of them and then head to the second floor to face off against a level 52 Terran Devastatorbot Mk. 2. This elite enemy has a ton of health and some powerful weapons, so don't take it too lightly. You might need to utilize your party member, grenades, and plenty of med packs to defeat the bot.
If you manage to eliminate the Devastatorbot, follow your quest marker to pick up the Vault Key, which is lying next to a dead crew member.
Interact with the Bio-Scanner and meet Delta

With the Vault Key, you can now open the vault door and head inside to find a Bio-Scanner sitting on a desk, along with a computer and plenty of other machine parts. Activate the Bio-Scanner, and you'll hear a woman's voice overhead. Once she's done speaking, the safe next to the scanner opens, revealing the Advanced Datachip. Loot the datachip and then head up the stairs on your left to inset it into a dead "Terran Frame" robot on the ground.
This causes the robot to come back to life, and after a few minutes of dialogue, you'll learn the robot's name is Delta. They are not a part of the Terran Armada and are actually looking to find the Creator of the Advanced Datachip. You can ask Delta some extra questions, but they are reluctant to answer much of anything at the moment.
Clear out the Terran Armada and leave the Opulence of the Stars

With Delta now becoming a part of your party, head back the way you came by following your quest marker. You'll see that a new group of Terran Armada enemies has crowded the lounge, so you have to fight through them to reach the elevator. Delta helps out a lot here, as they are quite handy in combat.
After getting on the elevator, follow your quest marker to the ship's exit. Before you leave, though, you have to deal with the captain of the Olokun, Agent Yemoja. She is visibly upset with you, as you were tasked with eliminating the Terran Armada, but now it appears you've teamed up with them. However, after you explain that Delta is not with them and actually gunned down a few of the enemies, Yemoja allows you to go speak to the people in charge of the Terran Armada search party.
You can now leave the Opulenence of the Stars, which ends the Lost Luxury quest in Starfield.
