Thanks to the Burning Springs update, there is a new workshop that you can capture called Starlight Drive-in. This location is rich with materials for you to collect and enemies for you to farm for additional experience.
Let's break down everything you need to know about Starlight Drive-in in Fallout 76, and what materials you can gather from this location.
Starlight Drive-in Location in Fallout 76
The Starlight Drive-in is one of the locations added with the Burning Springs update. This update added a new section to the map, which allows you to enter Ohio, and it also added new quests and events like the Bounty Hunting missions. As such, you can find it along the river that runs between Appalachia and Ohio.
There is a drive-in movie theater symbol just north of Point Pleasant on the map. This is where you will find the Starlight Drive-in.
Once this location has been discovered, you will not be able to fast travel to it immediately. As with any workshop location on the map, you will need to capture this area first. If you do not own this workshop, you will need to walk to it.
If it is your first time visiting this location, or if you are traveling here to capture it, you can easily reach the Starlight Drive-in by heading east from Prospect Hill or south from Dino Peaks Mini Golf.

Each workshop has various items you can get from owning it. Capturing the Starlight Drive in will give you access to the following resources:
- Food [5]
- Silver [2]
- Aluminum [3]
- Oil [1]
- Water [8]
- Crystal [1]
- Acid [1]
After capturing this location, you will be able to place a resource extractor to obtain a steady supply of crystal. There are also locations to obtain acid, silver, and aluminum.
Along with this, there is a small pond near the drive-in where you can build water purifiers to get purified water. While it is not in the workshop area, you can head north to find a camp with some raider corpses that have additional ammo and explosives.
Some other notable loot in the area:
- Multiple first-aid boxes found on top of the movie screen, in the trailer behind the screen, and in the projector building.
- Abraxodyne Intel cases found in the small building behind the movie screen and in the projector building.
- A safe with ammo, pre-war money, and other various goods located in the trailer behind the movie screen.
- Various fuel tanks scattered around the area.
- Nuka Cola found inside the projector building.
All of these resources make this workshop a worthwhile area to visit and capture. Just be careful, as there are multiple Feral Ghouls in the area that will attack you on sight.
