All Snapshot Locations in Life is Strange: Reunion

Get your Polaroid Cameras at the ready once again, because we're going snapshot hunting with Max in Life is Strange: Reunion to hunt all of her collectibles down. And as is tradition, you just know it wouldn't be a Life is Strange title without a selection of collectibles to worry about in your playthrough.

However, an important thing to note this time is that the game will (sometimes) give you extra snapshot spots, so some scenes won't require you to capture them anymore. Furthermore, there are a few occasions where Max will automatically take snapshots for main story reasons; the game will count these, so you won't have to worry about them as being missable.

There's quite a lot of these to go through, so sit down and join me as I take you through all the snapshot locations for Max so you can quickly nab the Associated trophy/achievement for them.

Life is Strange: Reunion All Snapshot Locations

(1/1) Mountain State of Mind

The first snapshot is actually one of the aforementioned unmissable ones from the story and can be nabbed right from the opening cutscene during Mountain State of Mind. This is the tutorial snapshot where Max takes her camera out to snap a picture of the natural scenery from the overlook point.

(2/2) Time Dojo

During the Time Dojo scene, Max visits Moses to discuss her powers further, including the ongoing revelations in the main story. As soon as you gain control inside the department building, look to the left to spot a Jack O’Lantern decoration in the corner that you can take a picture of for the first snapshot collectible in this scene.

Luckily, the second snapshot is also nearby. Instead of going straight to Moses' office, keep going down the right hallway as shown in the images above, and you should immediately see an astronaut exhibit you can snap for the second collectible.

(5/5) Class Act

Now this is where things can seem a bit open-ended. The Class Act chapter/scene where Max is helping her students requires five snapshots, but you actually get seven opportunities in the area to snag these in any order you wish.

I'll briefly mention each one, along with the unmissable story one, so you can feel free to get any snapshot you wish to count towards the collectibles.

(1/1) Fremont Street

During the Fremont Street scene, Max heads to the Abraxas House to conduct her own stealthy incursion. This is a simple one, because as soon as you gain control of Max after the opening cutscene, look up towards the front-right of the house to spot a creepy-looking mannequin standing in front of the window that you can snap.

(1/1) Reunion

One of my favorite scenes in the game is where Max and Chloe can settle down to talk with each other after their separation. As soon as you have control, head upstairs, and this will trigger one of the series' Moments of Calm, where Max will sit down next to a sleeping Chloe. Take it in for a moment if this is your first time going through this scenario.

Once you've gotten up and gotten control, head back upstairs once again, and you can now take a photo of a sleeping Chloe on Max's bed, which is totally adorable for someone seeing her long-forgotten ex/bestie, right?

(1/1) Admin Sleuth

This one may just be missable if you're not paying much attention. In this scene, you'll first need to talk to Vinh, then figure out a couple of things with Loretta in the library. Once you're done with that, you'll go back to Vinh to make him stop the Mabon party.

Once you eventually trigger the cutscene where Vinh leaves with Owen, DO NOT enter the office just yet, because you can now take a photo of Vinh's empty desk for the snapshot collectible.

(2/2) Cat and Max

Same gist as the Class Act scene, but this time, you'll only be required to get two snapshots as opposed to all of them. So if you happen to get two out of the five I mention, don't be alarmed when you're unable to take any more photos of the rest. Oh, and prepare for a lot of gnomes. Seriously, what's DeckNine's obsession with these guys?

(2/2) Times in Turtle

This is a scene where you need one collectible for each character. You'll gain control of Chloe eventually, but you'll first start out in the Times in Turtle scene as Max. Before talking to Safi, head down to the dock, make a right turn, and you should be able to take a snap of the scenery. You can also take this from the pier with the two NPCs, but I mean, why not get a more beautiful angle, am I right?

(2/2) Mabon

Once again, another scene/chapter where you'll be playing both characters and have a single collectible to worry about for each one. And just like before, you'll start off as Max in her masked disguise at the Mabon party. You'll be tasked with getting inside the Abraxas House by using the correct password against the guard/bouncer.

Once you do eventually enter the house, go towards the right of the living room with the red sofas to spot a goblet that you can inspect. When prompted, select "Stand Up," and once you back out, you should be able to snag a photo of the sunglasses-wearing devil's head statue.

(1/1) All Available Evidence

A very short scene where Max, Chloe, and Moses go over the investigation they've done throughout the game so far. And yet another simple snapshot collectible here for Max as well.

Head up the stairs to the upper portion of the office and inspect the sign on Mae Jemison's (Moses' pet lizard) case. Back out, and you should now be able to take the snapshot.

(1/1) Max's Decision

Once you've gained control of Max after the opening cutscenes, you'll be inside Owen's office with Yasmin Fayyad. Before sitting down to chat with her in a long back-and-forth dialogue sequence, check the table with the lamp to take a photo of the astronomer's statue.

(1/1) Memorial

Once you've gained control, you'll be tasked with talking to any major character in the Snapping Turtle Bar. Outside on the deck, you can take a photo of the memorial wall, which has characters who passed away in the finale, depending on whom you managed to save or not. Don't worry, that's exactly why I've masked the photo a bit to avoid giving away any spoilers on who might die.

(1/1) Partners in Time

Finally, the last snapshot is an unmissable one where you'll be tasked with capturing a shot of Chloe in a pose of your choosing, from her casual one or giving her colorful middle fingers at the camera.

If you've been following along and gotten every prior snapshot as well as the sketches for Chloe, you can actually earn two trophies/achievements here. One is the "Photo Wall" for successfully capturing all of Max's snapshot collectibles. While the other is the "All These Memories" for finding every collectible for both characters.
