Arc Raiders 'Outstanding Balance' quest walkthrough

The Arc Raiders "Outstanding Balance" quest sees you running all over Blue Gate in search of Dodger's stash — and their deal spot — in one single run. You're told generally where to look, in both the Traffic Tunnel and Pilgrim's Peak, but finding the specific locations is tricky. Especially since Shredders, Fireflies, Comets, and more are now patrolling, trying to ruin your day.

'Outstanding Balance' quest steps in Arc Raiders

"Outstanding Balance" has just three steps, but they must be completed in one round, and you need to get back to Speranza safely to make them count. I'd strongly recommend going in with a safe pocket so once you complete the second objective, it doesn't matter if you die. Here are the quest steps for "Outstanding Balance" that must be completed in one round:

1. Search for Dodger's stash inside the Traffic Tunnel.
2. Search Dodger's deal spot by the Pilgrim's Peak antenna.
3. Deliver Dodger's note to Tian Wen.

Where to find Dodger's stash inside the Traffic Tunnel

First up, you need to find Dodger's stash inside the Traffic Tunnel. Unfortunately, the Traffic Tunnel is a big place. It usually has a Bastion meandering back and forth between the cars, Shredders are everywhere now, all manner of flying foes can be found there, and the floor is crawling with both Pops and Fireballs. It's an Arc safe haven, essentially, so you should go in armed.

The location you're looking for is at the very top of the Traffic Tunnel, at almost the northernmost tip. If you're approaching the roundabout from the main entrance, it's the road that veers to the left. In the back corner, marked on the image above, you'll find a metal trolley full of cardboard boxes you can interact with to search Dodger's cache.

This isn't what you need to complete the quest though, so once you've found it, make your way out of Traffic Tunnel and head north to Pilgrim's Peak.

Where to find Dodger's deal spot by the Pilgrim's Peak antenna

Pilgrim's Peak is a big place too, but since you know the deal spot is by the antenna, the quickest way up there is to circle round to the back of the building and use the zipline to climb quickly. You want to be on the level below the top though, so drop through the hole in the floor to enter the level with orange walls and power generators.

Dodger's deal spot is between two of the orange generators on the opposite side of the room, indicated by the prompt to search Dodger's bag. Doing so will drop Dodger's note. Pick it up and if you have a safe pocket, put it inside. Otherwise, you need to extract safely. You can use a raider hatch key at the Prefab Hatch, or the closest standard extraction point is the Warehouse Airshaft to the south.
