Having financial freedom to stock up on hearty meals or buy better armor will make your quest to reunite the Greymanes a lot easier, and there are a few crucial gold-mining tricks that will have you rolling in the money.

In this guide, I'll show you where to obtain a gold mine map, how to maximize your yields, and my favorite gold farming location so far.

How to Acquire the Gold Vein Map

The gold vein map is a reward for completing the estate in dismay quest for House Roberts, seen above. In this quest, the Karin quarry is occupied by what feels like a never-ending number of bleed bandits, and a challenging boss known as the excavatron.

Completing this quest chain is well worth it, as the gold vein map will permanently reveal gold mine locations, and you'll also receive a mining knuckledrill.

Locating Gold Mines

Once you complete the estate in dismay quest, open your inventory, select the map, and use it to obtain the knowledge. This will unlock gold mine locations in your journal, seen above.

You'll now be able to pinpoint the location of these gold mines by selecting open map.

Anvil Hill Cave Location

After getting my hands on the gold vein map, my go-to gold mining spot has been the Anvil Hill Cave, marked on the map above. Located north-east of Hernand, this location will be a great gold farming location for many players as it is easily accessible and yields a substantial amount of gold.

When you arrive at this location, you'll need to break a boulder blocking the entrance, seen above. To do this, use your force palm skill.

Maximize Your Yields

If you're planning on mining gold ores in large amounts, the mining knuckledrill will give you a 10% chance to mine additional gold ores from every gold deposit.
