How to Solve the Glenbright Manor Puzzle in Crimson Desert

There is no denying that one of the best ways to get money early in Crimson Desert is to steal items from the wealthy, and there are plenty of wealthy individuals in the game. During the campaign, you will travel to the home of one such wealthy individual.

As you progress through the third main questline, you will go to Glenbright Manor. While you could simply run through this area, it is best to stick around. If you do, you will find a puzzle that will lead you to some extra items to sell.

Here's how you can solve the Glenbright Manor puzzle in Crimson Desert.

Solving the Glenbright Manor Puzzle

During the quest titled "Traces in the Manor," you will be tasked with traveling to and investigating Glenbright Manor. While it is easy to quickly traverse the manor and continue the quest, you can stick around to discover a few secret areas of the manor.

In the upstairs hallway overlooking the entrance, you will see a statue holding a large sphere with a crystal in it. Zooming out, you can also see that the chandelier hanging over the entrance to the manor also has a crystal in it.

Start by interacting with the cabinet to the left of the statue. Inside, you will discover that there is a handwheel that you can interact with.

Interacting with the handwheel will allow you to spin the chandelier. Use this to spin the chandelier and get the beam of light to shine onto the crystal in the statue.

When you do this, the crystal will glow, opening a wall to the left of the cabinet and revealing a dagger. Grab the dagger from its stand, and then grab the other dagger that is on the stand to the right of the statue.

Grabbing the Basement Key

Before you go any further, you will want to get your hands on the basement key. Go to the bottom of the stairs. To the left of the staircase, you will see a painting on the wall.

You won't be able to interact with this painting. Instead, walk into the wall. This will cause the wall to spin, revealing a secret room.

Inside this small room, you will find various items that are worth stealing. Among them, you will find the Glenbright Manor Basement Key. Be sure to pick this up, as you will want to use it later.

Opening the Door to the Basement

Now that you have all the items required, you can continue through the manor to the room with the large fireplace. This is the room at the end of the hallway.

Look at the fireplace to see that there are two slots in it. Insert the daggers you obtained into the slots. This will move the bookcase to the right of the fireplace, revealing a secret door.

This will allow you to access the basement of the manor, giving you access to more items to steal, along with some ingredients for meals. From here, you can also use the basement key on the wooden door.

Inside this room, you will find more items to steal along with a recipe for Meliara's Lesser Elixir. This elixir increases your maximum health and attack speed. Along with this, you can find multiple elixirs in the room for more benefits.
