The base camp is one of the important locations in Crimson Desert. As you gather Greymane comrades throughout the story, your base camp becomes a place where you can quickly get food to eat, purchase important items, buy new weapons, etc.

You will be traveling to the base camp a ton throughout your playthrough, making it essential to have a fast travel point nearby. Luckily, there is an Abyss Nexus right next to camp, but unfortunately, it's broken, and you need to repair it in order to use it.

After removing the vines, you'll notice that the centerpiece of the platform is missing. Without this piece, you won't be able to activate the fast-travel point, meaning you need to locate it first. Surprisingly, the piece for the Abyss Nexus is in a completely different area on the map. It can be found in Karin Quarry, south of Hook Rapids and northeast of camp.

When you arrive at Karin Quarry, go to the center of the area and make your way under the large crane. It's here where you will find a hole in the ground that you can drop into, finding a secret hidden tunnel and a pathway forward.

If you can't enter the hole in the quarry, or there is a large object blocking it, you need to complete the quest "Sealed in Stone" first.

Drop into the hole and continue on the path until you reach a colorful, crystal-like, wall and use your Force Palm: Focus ability on the wall to remove it.

Behind the wall you will find the centerpiece for the Abyss Nexus near camp. Grab the piece with Axiom Force and select the option to seal it, instantly adding it to your Kuku Pot.
