Resident Evil Requiem doesn't shy away from easter eggs and puzzles, and there's no place better for them than the Raccoon City Police Department. This area is practically crawling with callbacks to Leon's time in Raccoon City when he was younger.

Resident Evil Requiem: How to Solve the Sun Puzzle Box (Get Sun Quartz)
In order to escape Rhodes Hill in Resident Evil Requiem, you need to find three quartz to open a door — this is where to get the Sun Quartz.
One of the easter eggs is Officer JoJo's locker, which can be opened if you manage to solve Barry's scavenger hunt. Luckily, Barry didn't make things too difficult to figure out, but it will take some searching.
Let's break down how to open Officer JoJo's locker in Resident Evil Requiem, so you can get that sweet loot.
Officer JoJo's Locker Location
For those who don't know, Officer JoJo is a reference to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and is a callback to the original Resident Evil 2. This locker was kept in the remake of Resident Evil 2 and has now found a home in Resident Evil Requiem to keep the easter egg alive.
Since the easter egg takes place in the Raccoon City Police Department, you will need to progress through the game until you reach this location to discover the locker. Once you have made your way to the police department, enter the West Office from the Main Hall.
In the back of the office, you will find a locker labeled "JoJo." Unfortunately, you cannot simply open the locker because it is locked. Thankfully, there are some hints to get the key.

Trying to figure out how to track down the detonator parts to get to Raccoon City Center in RE9? We'll make it easy.
JoJo's Locker Key Location
Once you have found the locker, make your way out the door to the right. This will lead you to the hallway. Head down the hallway, dispatch the zombie roaming the area, and then turn left to access the Reception Room.
Shoot down the ladder so that you can access the second floor of the police department. From here, head straight and follow the hallway to find the STARS office. If you go to the back of this office, you will find the locker room with the STARS office case.
Inside the STARS office, you will find a locker that you can open next to the door. Open the locker to find a photo you can interact with. This photo will show a ledge next to a television monitor, along with a circle that says "here" next to it.
An inscription from Barry on the back of the photo reads, "You kids have fun solving this one." A second photo can be found by interacting with the jacket hanging on the wall. This photo shows the same television, but with a wider angle from the edge of the room. There is also a Mr. Raccoon statue in the upstairs area that you can find.
From here, head back to the first floor and go down the hallway. You will run into a zombie hitting the vending machine. From here, turn left to access the Operations Room.
In this room, you will find the same television as in the photographs. Climb on top of the pallets to reach a key tucked away next to the television screen. From here, head back to the West Office and use the key on the locker.
Completing this puzzle will get you the S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm. This charm increases firepower at the cost of more sway while aiming. Be sure to also look out for all the BSAA chests around the area as well.
