Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen's Kanto is a big place crammed full of trainers jonesing for a battle — good news, when you're wanting to train some newly caught Pokémon. And there are items, like TMs, that'll help make your adventure just a bit smoother, but are easy to miss unless you're scouring every corner of the land. There's also a small handful of helpful characters hanging about willing to trade you a (usually) hard-to-find Pokémon if you give them one in return, which is always helpful since traded Pokémon grow more quickly.
