In Resident Evil Requiem's Ark area, the Sterilization Chamber safe contains valuable resources that can help you push through the final part of the game. Although Grace is psychologically prepared to face whatever comes her way after all she experienced in the Care Center, the FBI agent still needs bullets and health kits to survive, and, luckily, you can get them from the safes located in the area.

Sterilization Chamber safe code location in Resident Evil Requiem

The Sterilization Chamber is one of the first rooms you explore with Grace in the Ark. To get there, follow the corridor to the right of the Lab Entrance. If this is your first time in the Sterilization Chamber, you'll encounter lickers and zombies. We recommend defeating the licker inside, so you can calmly open the safe.

The Sterilization Chamber safe code is found inside an open container, which is located at the bottom of the stairs from the Lobby. You'll naturally come across this area on your way to Bioweapon Repository 05 as you search for the Noblesse Orb. With the code in hand, head back to the Sterilization Chamber safe to collect your prize.

However, before you leave the repository, make sure to grab the Monitor Control Room safe code, which is also in this area.

What is the Sterilization Chamber safe code in Resident Evil Requiem?

Although the code is in a document located in the Bioweapon Repository 05, you don't need to find it to open the Sterilization Chamber safe. You just need to know the combination, and you can grab the items it holds. To open the Sterilization Chamber safe, turn the dial right to 10, left to 90, then back right to 20. If you're playing on insanity mode, turn the dial left to 80, right to 50, then left to zero to open it.

Once you unlock the Sterilization Chamber safe, you can collect three items: one molotov cocktail, one med injector, and 15 handgun ammo.
