World of Warcraft: Midnight - Finding and Unlocking the Triple-Locked Safebox Guide

One of the staples of modern World of Warcraft is treasure hunting.

It's not necessary to complete endgame content, but it still offers enjoyable gameplay that can help unlock and obtain certain vanity and cosmetic items. With the introduction of player housing, this is more important than ever; how else are you going to deck your house with decor that will make all your friends jealous?

Midnight, the newest World of Warcraft expansion, features plenty of treasure hunting objectives for players to complete, and the game wastes no time in getting players started.

Once you make your way to Eversong Woods, the expansion's first zone, you'll be tasked with completing nine objectives to finish the Treasures of Eversong Woods achievement, which will reward you with the Sootpaw pet. One of those objectives is discovering the Triple-Locked Safebox, which requires you to find three keys and unlock a safebox in Eversong Woods.

Our guide today will show you where the Triple-Locked Safebox is, where to find the keys to unlock it, and what you'll earn for your troubles.

Finding and Unlocking the Triple-Locked Safebox in World of Warcraft: Midnight

As I said earlier, we need to be in Eversong Woods, specifically the area that's near Windrunner Spire.

The Triple-Locked Safebox is located at the precise map coordinates of 38.89, 76.11. It's lying on the ground next to an abandoned cart and a burning torch.

For the first key, look beyond the cart to the East. You'll see a road that makes its way toward a builder before continuing up the hill. We want to head to that boulder (map coordinates 40, 75).

The key is resting in front of the boulder. Provided you have the buff from the torch, it will emit a blue light around you once you're close enough to the key.

Click and loot it, and let's turn around and head to the next one.

In the image above, you'll notice a Spire in the distance. That's where we're headed, specifically toward the ramp leading inside the Spire.

Once you land on the ramp, make your way to the bushes with the blue flowers on the left side of the ramp. Eventually, the torch will glow, revealing the second key.

Now for the third, which is nearby. Once you turn around, you should see a large tree in the middle of the path.

We want to head directly behind that tree, which will then reveal a Decrepit Ranger Construct, as well as some potentially hostile Mournbats nearby. Walk to the left of the Construct, dealing with any Mournbats that are foolish enough to attack you, and your torch should glow, revealing the third and final key in front of the nearby tree.

Now it's time to return to the abandoned cart, unlock the safebox, and find out what we've won. Congratulations, you now own a Gemmed Eversong Lantern housing decor item! We're also one step closer to finishing the Treasures of Eversong Woods achievement and obtaining that new pet!
