Back in January, we got a glimpse into Xbox's 2026 plans thanks to a Developer Direct that featured Forza Horizon 6, Fable, and Kiln. During a new Xbox Partner Showcase broadcast on Thursday, we learned what third-party games will launch on Xbox between those tentpole launches.

The showcase's biggest game was Stranger Than Heaven, the latest game from Like a Dragon studio Ryu Ga Gotoku, but we got saw plenty of other games too. Sniper Elite developer Rebellion debuted a new sci-fi game, Xbox offered a glimpse at a new STALKER 2 DLC, and we got confirmation that heavy hitters like Dispatch and Hades 2 are coming to Xbox soon.

Here's every announcement from March's Xbox Partner Direct.

The Expanse game is finally playable next month (technically)

We got a lot of new details on The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, a third-person action-RPG based on the Expanse TV series. We learned more about how you'll be creating a custom captain and assembling a crew. It's not scheduled to launch until spring 2027, but a closed beta will take place in just a few weeks on April 22. It will be available on Xbox Game Pass when it launches, as well.

Stranger Than Heaven will be a big deal

While we didn't get a firm release date for Stranger Than Heaven, we did learn way more about it. The game will take place across five eras and span five cities. We also learned that it will launch as part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. If you're hungry for more substantial details, Xbox revealed that it will host a showcase dedicated to Stranger Than Heaven on May 6.

Hades 2 is coming to Xbox extremely soon

Hades 2 is finally making its way to a console other than the Nintendo Switch. Supergiant's roguelike sequel comes to Xbox platforms on April 14 and will be available on Xbox Game Pass.
